Class XXV Senior Fellow, Kim Le, is a supporter of ALF Silicon Valley. ALF is a network of regional leaders committed to serving the common good in Silicon Valley. Through its Fellows program, ALF brings together demonstrated leaders to address difficult social issues that Silicon Valley faces.
Kim Le is a volunteer instructor for Ascend’s Executive Insights Series which provides soft skills training to mid-level managers break the bamboo ceiling and advance to executive management. Ascend is the largest, non-profit organization for leadership development to Pan-Asian professionals in North America.
Kim Le serves on the Programs Committee for the Financial Executive International Silicon Valley. FEI-SV is for senior financial executives who enjoy relationship building with their peers.
Kim Le is involved in the inaugural Hipower (RING 1) and helps organize the Hipower monthly programs along with Mona Sabet and Joanna Bloor. Hipower is a tribe of executive women laser-focused on accelerating one another’s leadership passion.
Kim Le is a volunteer speaker for LWT’s Wilpower program in the San Francisco Bay Area. LWT is a non-profit organization dedicated to unlocking the potential of women who advise technology businesses. Its vision is to promote the advancement of women in the technology industry by empowering them to become the best versions of themselves.
Kim Le serves on the MidPen Housing Board of Directors as the Audit Committee Chair and on the Governance and Nominating committee. With over $1 billion in assets, MidPen Housing is one of the nation’s leading non-profit developers, owners and managers of high-quality affordable housing. In the 40 years since MidPen was founded, it has developed over 100 communities and 7,500 homes for low-income families, seniors and special needs individuals throughout Northern California.
Kim Le is the President and on the Board of Directors of Silicon Valley Directors’ Exchange. In partnership with Stanford University’s Rock Center for Corporate Governance, SVDX is the preeminent gathering place for corporate board of directors and executives who represent the interests of the most important technology companies in Silicon Valley.
