We are committed to improving the communities in which we live and work. Our philanthropic activities have mostly centered on causes supporting women and children by providing pro bono services.

We volunteer with Astra Women's Business Alliance ("Astra"), a Regional Partner Organization to Women's Business Enterprise National Council ("WBENC") helping women business enterprises meet the criteria established by WBENC to become certified.

Kim Le also serves on the board of Astra and was appointed to the WBENC National Women’s Enterprise Leadership Forum (Leadership Forum). The Leadership Forum represents women business enterprises (WBEs) and provides insight into the needs and challenges of the women business owners served by WBENC. The mission of the Leadership Forum is to promote, translate and advocate the needs, issues and benefits of certification for WBEs.

Kim Le serves on the Audit Committee of the Lincoln Child Center, a not-for-profit organization in Oakland, CA serving vulnerable children and families.

AT&T Women of Color Businesses Growth Initiative

Kim Le was selected for the 2009 AT&T Women of Color Businesses Growth Initiative program. This program closely coaches and mentors a group of minority-women owned firms to “the next level” and helping them improve their competitiveness for corporate contracts. The mentoring program trains the participants on six critical competencies such as gaining quality certifications, improving access to capital, leveraging second-tier relationships, utilizing business technology solutions and understanding global supply chains. It also includes a full scholarship to attend nationally recognized business school executive programs and attendance to business networking and training events. At the conclusion of the year long program, the businesses receive TL9000 quality certification, an internationally-recognized standard of operational excellence and quality.
